4. Fees and Payment Terms

9. Personal Property

Residents are responsible for their personal belongings. Serenity Living is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items unless caused by negligence of the staff. It is recommended that residents keep valuable items in a secure location or avoid bringing them to the facility.

10. Liability and Indemnification

Serenity Living is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or health issues that occur on the premises, except in cases of gross negligence. Residents and their families agree to indemnify and hold Serenity Living harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from the use of our services, except as expressly provided by law.

11. Changes to Services or Policies

Serenity Living reserves the right to modify its services, amenities, or policies as needed. In the event of significant changes, residents or their legal representatives will receive 30 days’ notice. Residents have the right to terminate their residency agreement without penalty if they do not agree to such changes.
