Serenity Living is an assistant living home started in 1996 by a physician who knew some of his patients needed assistance, but did not require skilled care. He designed and built the structure to accommodate residents who desire a room by themselves, but also the atmosphere of family. Licensed in 2001 for assisted living, the home has continued its reputation of a comfortable and friendly "small town" environment
